Service

FEDCO is ready to provide on-site support for our equipment anywhere in the world. Our experienced field service technicians can provide startup assistance for the commissioning of new equipment, training regarding FEDCO products, and troubleshooting for technical issues.

Commissioning New Equipment – If you are a first-time user of FEDCO pumps or ERDs, we can provide on-site installation and startup assistance. We offer reduced field service rates.

Training – We can train at your location or at the FEDCO training center. Contact our after-sales team for more information.

Troubleshooting – FEDCO equipment has a reputation for extraordinary reliability. However, if your system should experience problems, our knowledgeable staff can usually solve issues over the telephone. If the problem persists, FEDCO can dispatch an experienced technician to resolve the problem, provide training, and review all operating requirements for optimal performance.

FEDCO maintains a complete inventory of spares for all of its product lines. To order parts, call our service department or use the following form. The model and serial number can be found on the nameplate attached to the equipment.
